Dr Morgan photoHi! I’m Dr. Morgan and I’m so excited to be back home in the North Country!

Education and Training

I grew up in Croghan NY, where I attended Beaver River and graduated in 2010. From there I went on to North Country Community College in Saranac Lake where I had dreams of becoming an x-ray tech…obviously, my dreams had changed! In 2012, I left North Country and transferred to SUNY Brockport, where I graduated in May 2014 with my Bachelor’s degree in psychology. I took a year off from school after I realized I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, and after graduation, I moved to Buffalo, NY.

Buffalo taught me a lot, and for that, I am forever grateful. I lived my 20’s in Buffalo, learned how to drive in traffic circles, what Polish culture was like, that Bills fans are absolutely the best and the worst fans all in one, and that Buffalo definitely has the best wings. But, that’s not all Buffalo did for me. In 2015 I went back to school after applying to D’Youville for their Chiropractic program. I only applied because the application was free, and I knew I couldn’t work in customer service my whole life. I had never been to a chiropractor before and I had no idea what I was even getting into. Lo and behold, I got accepted into their program, and a long 4 years later I graduated with my Doctorate in Chiropractic. It was during my last year in school that I knew I 100% made the right choice to become a Chiropractor. I love treating people, I love talking to people, and I love the smiles that come after an adjustment…pre-mask days!

My last year in school was the clinic year, where I treated staff and students at the campus clinic. I saw wheelchair bound and gunshot wound patients at Erie County Medical Center (level 1 trauma hospital), and pre/post surgical patients at University of Buffalo Neurosurgery clinic. I learned so much during these internships with the most important being that treatment is not one size fits all.

After graduation, I decided to open my own small practice. It grew tremendously after a year and then I decided that I wanted to be closer to my family after being gone for 7 years. Leaving Buffalo was one of the hardest things I had decided to do because Buffalo became my home. Unfortunately, it was just too far away from the mountains and that’s really where my heart lies.

Outside the Office

When I’m not “crackin'” backs, I’m hanging out with my kids. I have a 4-year-old chocolate lab named Ollie and 2-year-old golden retriever named Lincoln. Besides being with my dogs and family, I love to hike. I’m currently working on my ADK46 and I recently got into winter hiking. I also have a passion for yoga. In 2019 I got my 200 hour yoga teacher certification. Aside from finding a love for yoga when I was in Buffalo, I was also introduced to spinning and TRX and you guessed it…I love those too! I also enjoy trying new places to eat, travelling, and making wooden decorations. I have a deep bond with power tools.

I am very excited to be back home treating this community, and I can’t wait to get to know you better and take care of you! Go Bills!
